Tupu Rangatahi exists to empower young people to reach their potential. Through hands-on learning, real-world experience and pathways to employment, rangatahi gain the confidence, skills and opportunities to shape the future they want for themselves, their whānau and their communities.

Tupu Rangatahi is designed to be a stepping stone into whatever comes next. The goal isn’t simply having a job today, but having the confidence, skills and experience to pursue opportunities tomorrow.
